vd89 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vd89 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the vd89 website, mobile site, or any associated service available at vd89.io.

vd89 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, and related gaming services. The Platform operates primarily for users based in Bangladesh and all monetary transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between vd89 and the User with respect to the subject matter herein. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral. Where any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

vd89 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To register and maintain an account on vd89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. vd89 does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from vd89 or had your account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You hold a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued identification document acceptable to vd89 for KYC verification purposes.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) vd89 account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If vd89 identifies that a User holds or has attempted to hold multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their registered mobile number, password, and any one-time password (OTP) issued for two-factor authentication purposes. vd89 will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any other channel.

You agree to notify vd89 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. vd89 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Account balances — including both real-money funds and bonus credits — are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any third party. vd89 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum balance thresholds as published in the Platform's help centre from time to time.

3.1 Dormant Accounts

An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. vd89 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Users will be notified prior to any such fee being applied. Dormant account policies do not affect a User's right to withdraw their real-money balance at any time.

All deposits and withdrawals on vd89 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vd89 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. The following payment channels are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment channels is subject to change at vd89's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's vd89 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days to reflect in the player's account.
• vd89 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the User's own name may be declined and reversed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vd89 account.
• KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. See Section 8 for full KYC requirements.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes during BST business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) BST business days.
• vd89 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing. Users will be notified of any such delays.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn; only real-money balances resulting from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

vd89 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all betting and gaming transactions.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses not used within their validity period will expire without compensation.
• vd89 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per eligible player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• vd89 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any associated winnings from any player who is found to have abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, exploiting a technical error, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.

All bets and wagers placed on the vd89 platform are binding once confirmed. Users acknowledge that the outcomes of all betting markets and casino games are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live event results, as applicable, and that vd89 has no ability to influence those outcomes in favour of any individual player.

6.1 Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by sport-specific rules available in the Platform's betting rules section. In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules. Where no specific rule applies, vd89's decision shall be final.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, live Baccarat, live Roulette, live Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar, are provided by certified third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each game are those published by the respective provider and displayed within the game interface.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino tables. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by vd89 at any time. vd89 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vd89 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in betting markets to obtain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after placing bets or withdrawing funds.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another User's account, or providing false identity information to vd89 or its payment partners.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

vd89 is committed to maintaining a safe, verified, and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

vd89 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. vd89 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

vd89 is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the Platform. Users interact with those providers subject to the providers' own terms and policies.

Nothing in this clause shall limit vd89's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Users may close their vd89 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, vd89 will process any outstanding real-money balance to the User's registered payment method after completing any necessary verification checks. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

vd89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or receipt of a lawful instruction from a relevant authority.

Upon termination of an account for cause, vd89 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any withheld funds will be returned to the User promptly.

vd89 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vd89 will notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period before the amended Terms take effect.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing online entertainment services as they apply to the parties' relationship. For Users accessing the Platform from Bangladesh, the laws of Bangladesh shall apply to the extent consistent with these Terms.

In the event of any dispute between vd89 and a User arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Users may initiate this process by contacting the vd89 support team at [email protected], providing a clear written description of the dispute and the resolution sought.

vd89 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within two (2) BST business days and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) BST business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of a mutually agreed neutral forum.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
